PHOTOGRAPHY CONTRACT

Terms & Conditions

Minimum deposit of $450.00 is required as a retainer.
All deposits are non refundable should there be a cancellation for any reason.
The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before the wedding day.
Coverage plan times must be used consecutively. Time starts when the Chateau Photographer begins photographing.
Your CD will be delivered approximately five to six weeks from the wedding date.
The client will obtain digital images which may be used for newspaper announcements and personal use only. Images may not be published commercially (for profit) without the written consent of Chateau Photography.
Ownership of images created by Chateau Photography will remain with the photographer. Client will receive a copyright release. Chateau Photography reserves the right to display any photographs made in conjunction with this wedding as work samples for the purposes of showroom exhibit, advertising or promotion.
If the Chateau Photography is unable to perform to the guide lines of this contract due to a fire or other casualty, act of God, nature, terror or cause beyond Chateau Photography control, then all fees paid by the client will be returned in full, but not in excess of fees paid. This limitation of liability will also apply in the event that digital images are damaged or stolen without fault of Chateau Photography.
